stays­tark (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) is committed to providing a transparent and convenient return and exchange experience. This policy applies to all products purchased through our website and outlines the conditions, procedures, costs, and responsibilities related to returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Period

All products are eligible for return or exchange within 32 days from the date of receipt.

The 32-day period is designed to allow sufficient time for furniture products to be evaluated, including appearance, size, materials, and actual use. This timeframe provides customers with a reasonable inspection period while ensuring that return and exchange processes remain orderly and manageable across logistics and inspection stages.

2. Eligible Conditions

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • The product has visible defects or damage

  • The product has quality issues that affect normal use

  • The product has an unusual odor, significant color variation, or other issues impacting user experience

  • The item received does not match the order details

  • A no-reason return or exchange request submitted within the valid period

3. Return Procedure

  3. Ship the product back to the designated return address and wait for confirmation of receipt.

  4. Once the product is received, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility. Approved returns will proceed to the refund process.

4. Exchange Procedure

The exchange process generally follows these steps:

  1. Contact customer service to request an exchange and provide order information along with an explanation of the issue.

  2. After approval, we will provide the return address for sending back the item.

  3. Ship the product back and wait for confirmation of receipt.

  4. Upon inspection and approval, a replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used at checkout. We currently support Visa and MasterCard only.

Bank processing typically takes 3–5 business days, though actual crediting time may vary depending on the bank. If the refund is not received within this period, please contact us for assistance.

6. Cost Responsibility

  • If the return or exchange is due to product defects, damage, or significant color discrepancies, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

  • For no-reason returns or exchanges, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Disclaimer of Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate return information. Delays caused by incomplete information or incorrect addresses are not within our responsibility.

In cases of damage or loss during return transportation caused by uncontrollable factors, we will assist with verification but do not guarantee full compensation.
